Large room, a bit outdated but very clean. Everything worked, shower had good pressure and the water was hot.
Our balcony overlooked the carpark, and on the 1st floor there was no view. But we were only there for a hospital appointment early the next morning so it didn't really matter.

Handy location
Not good at communication about bond

Great location to shops, bakeries, cafes
Ten/fifteen minute walk to Elizabeth Quay where there’s more restaurants and bars
A balcony to sit and watch the world go by
Instructions a little confusing with the lift key pad to access the apartment. Easily resolved with a phone call as we arrived after the Reception was closed
Noisy pipe work which we reported so hopefully it will be resolved

Location is great
The internet photos were nothing like the actual room. Shower over bath was not good.
