The staff were so lovely and made the stay a really relaxing and enjoyable one as it’s one of the best atmospheres we’ve encountered staying in a hotel in Perth. It was fantastic value for money, comfortable and a great place to rest after a long journey. The location was handy as well.
The rooms are a little tired and run down in places like the bathtub was chipped and mouldy in places and there were clothes and discarded hangers and loads of weeds we could see from our room but I’m hopeful that Mercure may invest in the hotel as they have such an amazing staff team there. It’s no disrespect to the staff at all, it just seems there needs to be some renovation done on the rooms.

Valet parking, was included in my room rate but had it not been, I would have had to pay $45/day!
My room was "hidden" away in the corner of the floor
