The staff where absolutely amazing, our room was not ready at check in and within 10 minutes they had it sorted and we had our key, my request for a card in the room was accompanied by a bottle of champagne for me and my husbands 9th anniversary and so was my request for late check out even though they looked busy. The room was amazing and very spacious and we very much enjoyed the club lounge and breakfast downstairs in the morning. We loved our stay that much I have reserved a room again for my partners birthday in December.
During our stay i didnt find anything that was an issue.
