The Westin Perth

Staff were friendly. Room was spacious with a decent view. Breakfast was ok. The bed itself was nice to sleep on.

Breakfast was very repetitive and I feel could have been turned over more often to keep items hot and fresh. Our room had not been serviced properly before we checked in. Shower gel was empty. Prices in Restaurant were excessive.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, stunning views of the city, clean and beautiful room.

Second time staying at the Westin Perth, the White Tea scent and decor are incredible. The rooms have great beds and bathrooms, blinds automatically open and close when needed which is great too.

This time round it felt like a less ‘special’ occasion. There were some special requests the hotel had offered to help my husband with, given the nature of our celebration. Despite the hotel confirming this in an email prior to staying, my husband had to follow up at the front desk and the special items still didn’t arrive. The attention to detail in the room was off this time too, such as the glassware and utensils being under stocked. These are small things overall, though when paying for a 5 star experience, that felt missing this time.
