Great central CBD location, easy to walk to anywhere downtown including main rail station. Elizabeth Quay right across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good coffee cafe with tasty breakfast choices on ground floor adjacent to lobby and a good Asian-fusion restaurant and rooftop bar on top floor. Great view of Elizabeth Quay from my room. Room was quiet despite facing a busy street below.
One of the elevators was occasionally quirky accepting the room key swipe to go up. The other lift worked fine. If that's my only "dislike" that's no real complaint.

Location
Size of the room. Nowhere to put my case. Difficult to eat a meal in the room. Stains on bed cover. No top sheet on bed. Room service menu was limited.
