Il nostro appartamento è perfettamente situato al 2 ° piano direttamente con vista sulla spiaggia, fiume lento e scivoli d'acqua. Evitare gli ascensori e parcheggiare direttamente su questo piano. Abbiamo anche una serratura per porte senza chiave, quindi non devi tenere il passo con le chiavi durante il soggiorno! Si può godere di una vista spettacolare sul Golfo dal balcone o attraverso le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto in tutta l'unità. Con oltre 2.600 piedi quadrati la proprietà di vacanza è molto spaziosa e comoda. Nessuna spesa è stata risparmiata trasformando questo condominio in un luogo di vacanza al mare perfetto con tutti i nuovi arredi dalle grandi linee come Four Hands, Furniture Classics, Universal, Pottery Barn e Restoration Hardware. Nuovi materassi, tv, illuminazione, inventario cucina, vernice e tende!

Family of 14 w/7 kids & 7 adults had a blast. The accommodations were perfect. A little breezy and cold for the balcony but short trips to the beach worked fine.(No outdoor water play.) Thank you for making our time together so easy and stress free. Would love to repeat the experience.

The lazy River and the slide were the highlight for my grandkids! It was great to have a bath in each bedroom too. We loved it and will be back!

Management is highly responsive! Condo is nice but the appliances, cookware, and family room furniture could use an upgrade. The lazy river, water slide and pool were a hit with the kiddoes!

The upkeep of this beautiful condo is lacking, dusty, ice maker filter not changed, ice maker in fridge not working, dishwasher bottom rack had no wheels, toilet in king room across from bunk room not flushing properly, tv in same room busted, chair missing with dining room table and ac had hard time keeping up. Prices go up but quality goes down. Beautiful condo but needs some serious attention for price charged. We enjoyed our family vac and the complex, location & lower floor was awesome..this condo just needs some TLC...

This rental is perfect if you are looking for space! We had 6 adults and one grandchild (2y). Each couple and/or singleton had their own room and bathroom. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was with the master bath needs some repairs around the shower doors. The views on the private patio looking out at the ocean were absolutely stunning!The property had all the amenities we were looking for to entertain our granddaughter-indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, and water slide along with the beach, which is steps away. Grocery stores were close by as well as restaurants and attractions.I appreciated the ease of checking in and getting parking passes for our vehicles. Will definitely look to stay here again if we take another trip to Orange Beach!

We had 8 adults and 5 kids so all the space we had was great; especially the open area. We used the kitchen every day for breakfast and lunch and we had plenty of pots, pans and dishes. Loved having 2nd floor parking and accessibility to the beach was great. It is very likely we would book again next year.

Our vacation rental experience was amazing. This condo is the favorite our family has stayed in-it is massive and nice. We had plenty of space for multiple families. There is abundant seating and the large balcony was great for the number of people we had traveling. We are already looking to book this same condo for next Fall!

The 2nd floor corner condo was the best location. Beautiful view of sunsets and sunrise. We saw dolphins daily while on the lanai. Great view of beach and lazy river , ease in and out of condo. Perfect floor plan for families.
Make sure you pack trash bags, foil, ziplock baggies, spices, laundry soap etc.
If you forget anything , there are stores right across the street.

The property was extremely clean and as described in the listing. The condo was well maintained, grill area was great and security around the complex made us feel very safe. The view from the 2nd floor was perfect! Overall, 5 stars all the way around. We will definitely be back in the near future! Thank you Phoenix West for a wonderful family vacation!

The location of the condo was excellent - on the beach. A couple of negative comments are (1) their soap, shampoo, etc are very small trial sizes. Bring your own toiletries and kitchen needs (2) It was very crowded during our July stay. We could always find a parking spot but the Lazy River was packed and very, slow going (3) Great security around the pool grounds and parking which made us feel safe (4) Grocery stores are close but food/gas costs are extremely high (5) Beach was overflowed with umbrellas/chairs which cost a high fee to rent. Most of the chairs/umbrellas weren't reserved but took up prime space for those of us who brought our own (6) Although it was out of our control, the water was filled with seaweed and jellyfish were out in full force stinging. The condo itself was clean, roomy, well-decorated and large enough for a family of 12 easily. We had a great time.

The property has beautiful views of the water and over the pool areas. Loved being on the 2nd floor. Was able to avoid the long lines of the elevator by using the stairs if needed. The staff at the front desk were very curtious. Pool area was never over crowded despite it being spring break for many, also remained very clean. Had a few minor issues withthe condo. Some were addressed during our stay, some were not. Sand in sheets and pillow covers on bedding were unwashed and dirty, a lamp was broken with exposed ceramic- owner did address this and brought clean sheets, new bedding over and duck taped the broken lamp. The hot water did not work in the jacuzzi tub-owner never responded to this issue but did't push it since we didn'tneed to use the tub. The floors throughout the condo appear to be clean but the bottoms of our feet were black almost immediately. I'm sure some of that was from the sand brought in by our family throughout the week, but that doesn't explain the first night. Overall, a great condo and would stay there again.

It was great overall. (Condo floors needed a good scrubbing on arrival-sticky) starter pac of dishwasher soap, paper towels, etc as described so be ready to hit Walmart! People in the area were super kind, friendly and helpful. Parking on the floor of condo was really helpful with the little ones in our family. Owner is very response to questions and kind. Great place overall!

Our youngest daughter had the ideal of a trip the week before Christmas instead of buying a bunch of presents that the grandkids would soon forget. The unit we picked slept 14, which was ample room for the 9 of us. Unit was very clean and beds were comfortable. Unit was equipped with all the comforts of home. Only problem was on the 2nd day the smoke detectors started going off due to low batteries. Charlotte sent someone over right away and took care of the problem. Will definitely return. Great view of the gulf.
