Questa è un'unità premium e una delle migliori di Phoenix West !!! Nuovo proprietario e nuovi mobili a novembre 2019 !!!
Phoenix West è uno dei condomini più lussuosi del Golfo! Si può godere di una vista spettacolare sul Golfo dal balcone o attraverso le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto nel soggiorno e in ogni camera da letto. Con oltre 2.600 piedi quadrati, l'unità è molto spaziosa e arredata a nuovo con tutti i lussi che ci si aspetta da Phoenix West !!
L'unità è decorata in modo professionale da Sea Glass, con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di dimensioni standard, mobili su misura, ripiani in granito, mobile bar con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, HDTV a schermo piatto da 60 "in soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto nelle camere da letto, lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. C'è un letto king size nel Master, 2a e 3a camera da letto e due letti Queen nel 4o. Ci sono anche due divani letto Queens nel soggiorno per ospitare fino a 14.
C'è un fiume pigro, uno scivolo acquatico, una piscina all'aperto con una piscina per bambini recintata, una piscina interna riscaldata, due vasche idromassaggio, un centro fitness all'avanguardia, 4 saune e campi da tennis sul tetto.
C'è un limite di età minima di 25 anni per riservare l'unità che verrà applicata senza alcun rimborso per violazione.
Parcheggio: è necessario acquistare i pass per il parcheggio all'arrivo, sono una tantum di $ 35 per veicolo. Qualsiasi unità da 4br che noleggi a Phoenix West garantisce che puoi acquistare fino a TRE pass per il parcheggio, la reception ti venderà pass aggiuntivi in base all'occupazione del complesso durante il tuo soggiorno ma non prevedi di poter acquistare un pass extra durante il stagione estiva.

Very nice condo, plenty of room for a family of 8, we were all comfortable, views are amazing, amenity’s at the Condo are nice….On the other hand!! Condo needs cleaning badly, tubs & showers need scrubbing, floors are disgustingly dirty, kitchen essentials are mediocre & needs replacing, towels & linens are limited. Disappointed with these things because of the price, you would think it would be better cared for!!

The west facing corner unit is one of the best along the gulf coast. Plenty of windows in he living room and dining room, and all bedrooms had ocean views. Perfect unit for the 4 adult couples in our group. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the location and set up of the condo.We had a few issues with the condo:Top of the trash can in the kitchen was filthyno dishwasher tab or detergent tabbottom rack on the dishwasher did not roll the glass carafe on the coffee maker broke while making coffeesurprised there were no placemats and only 3 coastersThe staff did bring us a new coffee maker later that morning.

Pros: Plenty of room for my family, we each had our own bedroom with bath. Loved the balcony, great views of the ocean, again plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked.Cons: Beds are very uncomfortable and squeaky. Grandbabies had a bath, within an hour their feet were black. The floors were swept (except for corners), not sure the last time they were mopped. We would not stay here again, there’s better for the money.
