Location staff and cleanliness

Staff member stayed extra and gave me a lift on his mororbike to 4 different clinics/doctors when I had an issue with my ear bless him! Very friendly and helpful family/staff. Location was perfect. Hidden quietly right behind the main street and beaches

The villa and property are clean and well-maintained everyday. The staff there are super friendly and helpful. We had a great stay there. The location is great - quiet from the busy streets but closely enough to walk to the beach and shops easily.

We've always stayed in Kuta and this was perfectly located between Jl Legian and the beach. A 10 minute stroll and you are at Kuta Beach for sunset drinks or a swim. Clean and comfortable for 2 couples and a wonderful little swimming pool to cool off. Reasonably quiet location with only local traffic passing.

The pool was nice and the overall look and location, staff and family that lives there were very nice, munchies cafe out the front, staff and food were very nice too

We stayed in villa 3 We had no clean linen or towels or toilet paper provided for 3 days , which we had to ask for every day (toilet paper) even having no toilet paper and giving us tissues to use on one of the days The kitchen tap ran water constantly for the whole of our stay, very very annoying. I ran out of soap for 3 days in the shower and had to use the shampoo. The towel racks fell off in both of the rooms, which was fixed when I told the caretaker, my friend fixing her own because we didn't want to appear as whinging. The television in my bedroom seldom worked which I asked the care taker to fix on two occasions , which he did, being the next day because he couldn't fix it either, then being to embarrassed to ask a third time, went without it, which was very annoying since I love to watch a movie when going to bed at nights.Very out dated system..set top box ? I'm on holidays for peats sake! I want to lay down and relax, not watch it in the kitchen on hard dinning chairs. The showers pressure was so poor it took 3 times as long to wash ourselves and constantly changed from cold to very hot, burning us.Which I also told the caretaker. Our pool towels and bath mats weren't changed once in the whole 9 days. Our sheets weren't changed for 4 days, even with a tomato seed and juice on my top sheet, when we arrived near my head space...gross. The pool guys came on our last night at 4.30 in the afternoon and asked if he could clean the pool, which I thought would consist of scooping the pool out, but no , he plonks a pool hose in our doorway, not connected to anything and leaves our door open ,both men sitting in front of our villa with full view of our kitchen, till 7.30 at night, using a phone light to finish up doing a complete water change. Really? We wanted to swim and just waited around the whole time for them to finish, not to mention right on dinner time, very inappropriate and invasive.

The hopitality of the host was excellent. They were very friendly, gentle, polite and helpful through out our stay.

Location close to the Kuta beach and busy shopping and partying streets, eateries and shops, but still in a quite place. 2 cozy bedrooms and nice outside area with kitchen and a pool. Parking place available. Close to the airport.

There are no signs with the villa name and it is located on a very narrow street - not easy to drive there by car and find the place.

the location is excellent! Rooms were compact and comfortable.. pool was delicious!
