Parking a bit high on 8th floor

The place close to the bridge connecting to Singapore.

Ground toilet required maintenance especially during emergencies. Not convenient to wait for the lift and going up just to look for the toilet.

No house keeping. Only 1 set of keys for multiple people to use

The apartment was so clean and well maintain. The owner was perfect.

The owner. He was very prompt in giving information and ensure everything was ready before I arrive. The apartment was super clean with 2 bedrooms. We even have big fridge to keep our goodies. Even have washing machine for our usage with clear instructions! Wifi, iron, hairdryer, and carpark lot also available for home stayer. There's a new mall R&F right infront of the apartment building. However, It was not fully open yet. Nevertheless this plc is just 5 mins away from Woodland check point. Easy access to drv around, even taking a grab is super convenient. Will I be coming back here? Definitely!! Recommended!!!

I don't like the ramp of the multi-storey carpark. It was TOOOO narrow. we have to park at the allocated lot which is at lvl 8. For a person that constantly going in and out of the building can be quite a hassle. I would prefer to have a carpark below, and just take a lift up and down. Security was kind and nice enough to allow me to park at the basement for a couple of hours.

me and my family members love it soo much! very clean, very comfortable 😊 easy to check in and check out, the host was very helpful, very friendly. even the pak guard also not annoying like some other place 😂🤣 my kids love the swimming pool 😂 thankyou ethan, thankyou soo much. sure will come again 🥰
