Interior of t room - old n worn out. Requested for 2 keys - gave me one card that is unable to unlock door despite approaching counter to change twice.
Buffet - ok - included in package.

Location of the hotel was very convenient
I was disappointed with the size of the room. Deluxe Queen Room was very small size for a family to stay.

the bed and pillow so hard that i have neck pain after sleep and keep awake whole night. Also the hotel is so old and cleanliness is bad, i can feel the dust in blanket and also the toilet is dirty

The aircon have a problem,not cold enough,the grab fare is way to expensive to go pasar pandan..

more parking space eventho it was so quiet, dark and creepy. The hotel was so moody, quite but strategically located, mall is just stone throw away from this place. Breakfast was limited, but very nice, we ate a lot.
They assigned us at the unoccupied wing of the floor i guess. Not to mention that this place is haunted, but so many strange noise caming from the next room during the midnight. Room is out dated, and might need to be refurbished.

Great location and spacious room and toilet in Junior Suite.
One of the 2 lifts was not working. Was only given one key card because the hotel ran out of key cards.

Is a good location, near to malls and public transportation is just nearby.
The outlook of the hotel looks too old needs to do some repainting.

Location is good. We had a comfortable stay. Nice to have simple buffer breakfast and leisurely enjoy the coffee. Breakfast restaurant is a very great space with high ceiling so it is not noisy even when crowded.

Room servicing is good providing clean environment
Bath hot water is not so hot, mild only .
There was no iron,.
wifi signal is not very strong
TV doest have many good interesting channel
Breakfast need to change menus often
