This was a solid hotel for quick getaway to JB. Not much in the area other than the Southkey mall which was large, spacious, clean and had all the usual stores.
The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were lovely.

Everyone at the hotel were full of smiles, very friendly abs made my experience with everyone from the hotel extremely comfortable. The breakfast had a large spread, the food was tasty, the ambience great and the service team very observant and helpful. Beds were comfortable and room was cosy.
The shower area could be slippery because of the layout. With only the rainbath option, the soap and lather falling at the back (because the water cannot reach that area to rinse it) made it very slippery during a bath.

We loved the bathtub in the room!!! The kids had a blast. The staffs were so friendly and the pool was great for the kids. Nothing fancy but it was just for the kids to be kids!
