Location and spaciousness of the room.
The breakfast varieties are inconsistent. E.g. there are dim sum options last time we stayed here but this time do not have.

Location is quite nice, with malls and lots of eateries nearby. And you can take the bus to JB Sentral from the nearby mall if you wanna make the trip to Singapore bia Woodlands checkpoint.
Traffic could be a hassle if you’re driving to the Hotel.

Beds and location are great! Staff service is good too.
They are understanding and even let us have an early check in, provided the rooms are available.
The cleanliness is not what i expected. The coffee sachets have ants and there isnt a shower handle (different from my previous stay)
