Austin Park Hotel

Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. After a long day of sightseeing,

Nothing major to dislike. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would happily return.

Excellent location

Need a bit of upgrade in terms of rooms maintenance

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I especially liked the pillow as it was comfortable and supportive, not those super soft pillows that can give you neck pain the next morning. The shower had strong water pressure and the hot water was good. The bathroom was also clean and tidy, with toiletries provided. Breakfast was average but decent. The staff were nice and friendly, and I really liked that the check-out time was at 12pm, which gave us more time to relax in the morning. There is a supermarket at the hotel, which is very convenient if you want to buy snacks, drinks or other necessities. There are also plenty of eateries around the hotel with many different varieties of food, so you will have no problem finding something to eat. There is also a 24-hour massage shop in the hotel, and a few more massage shops within walking distance. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. The spacious and clean room, comfortable pillow, good shower, convenient location and 12pm check-out were the highlights for me.

Nothing much to complain about. I did request not to have a corner room, but unfortunately, I was given one. Nevertheless, the hotel managed to fulfil my other requests, such as providing a room away from the elevator and ensuring that it was not an adjoining room. Overall, this was only a minor issue and did not affect my stay.

Many restaurant around the hotel.

The rooms were a bit old.
