Spacious and comfortable. Location is good and close to JB Sentral. Grab food is convenient.

Water pressure is low. Noisy as it is nearby highways. The staff did not inform the change of breakfast location during check-in.

Restaurant under reno, relocated some else hence cooking by staff make my clothes smell.

The property has 2-bedroom suites for families. It is ideal for families that want to stay together overnight. Generally, the suite we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The location is strategic with a mall beside it and that Komtar & City Square are only a stone throw away. Reception associates were pleasant and helpful in general. The breakfast at Sgd11 was hearty and the selection was enough to cater to all, even for vegetarian diners like myself. We will be back!

Sustainable efforts could be enhanced further to do away with single-use plastic items e.g. bottled water & toiletries

Location was good.. Layout was also good..

Booked a Suite room, but no Netflix. Staff said only Executive rooms hv Netflix, but Suite rooms are also on the Executive levels.. Seriously, it doesnt make sense.. Room are full of ants, esp the living area & the kitchen top.. Infrmed staff, but she only said "I will infrm maintenance". Water pressure for the shower was really testing my patience.. U could took hours to shower as the water flow was minimal.. & they only provide 2 towels, no hand towel or floor mat.. Usually Suite rooms will provide these.. Going to the pool, i hv to bring my own towel, & worst pool areas are not safe.. Many broken slaps not fixed!!! My son was injured when he walked on those planks.. When swimming, many indians kept walking around the areas.. Of all the experiences, HOTEL DID NOT PRACTICE CARD EXCESS.. ANY TOM, DICK OR HARRY CAN ENTER THE HOTEL..!!! THIS IS NOT SAFE..!!;
