The staff are very accommodating, the room is very clean, spacious, quiet and very comfortable. Nice view of the city and the surrounding areas especially at night.

Service level, overall facility and comfort. Very relaxed environment and recommend to book in house dinner. Room had private Onsen outdoor from where you have beautiful view on Atami.

Excellent service & staff, extra neat !
Price/quality is on the high tie.
An “international” option for the breakfast would have been appreciated.. but that’s only personal
