Had a few hiccups but overall enjoyed our stay. Great location, very walkable. The property was clean and as described, and beds were very comfy. Similar to other reviewers, we had a number of hot water issues but the host mentioned they are replacing the whole system so hopefully that won't be an issue for others. Would stay here again, great for our family unit of 4 with 2 grandparents

What a beautiful home, right on the beach. Spacious clean and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Our hosts especially Alex were very responsive. We had a wonderful vacation. If you like the beach this is the home to rent. We hope to return in the future.

The house was great and we would definitely recommend it. The only glitch was some of the showers didn't always have enough hot water. Our stay and accomodations were amazing otherwise!

The Blue Oasis is just as nice and well-appointed as the photos show! The house was extremely clean and well-kept and the little extras like beach towels, chairs, toys and more helped us get into "vacation mode" right away. Alex was extremely responsive to every inquiry, and he is a pleasure to deal with. Bottom line is our little family unit of 6 adults and 2 children had such a nice stay I just booked next year's family vacation at the Blue Oasis again!!

This is a beautiful property with all of the amenities you could ask for for a family or large group vacation! The house has more than enough room for 10 people, the pool area gets some shade and overlooks the beach, and the beach is literally steps away with plenty of room for chairs, tents, and more!

The Blue Beach House was even better than we anticipated! The house is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and there are loads of sand toys, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas provided. And it is just steps from the beach and the Gulf!! We had a wonderful time and we hope to be able to come back!!

So comfortable and spacious for our family group of 8 adults and 4 children under 6! Gorgeous pool and beach only steps away…so many wonderful memories made with our children and grandchildren. Beach house is true to photos and has every amenity you could want. Such gorgeous sunsets from spacious balconies. Property manager Alex was very responsive in answering every question or concern we had!

This property was more than we were hoping for and even better than the pictures! Fully stocked with beach toys, toiletries, left over condiments, etc. and the Pay it Forward Bar was an awesome touch! Manager is very communicative and helpful as well. Look forward to coming back one day!!

Location, location, location! This house is perfectly situated just off the main strip in Indian Rocks steps away from the ocean! We had a group of 12 (4 adults and 8 teenage boys ranging from 16-18) and never felt crowded in this home. All rooms are oversized and spacious! Great amenities including a wonderful pool and hot tub! The balconies overlooking the ocean were a favorite place to have dinner and drinks! Absolutely outstanding experience! Would highly recommend this home!

Where do I begin? If I could assign a 6 star rating, I would! We had a fantastically fun family vacation at this location! I don't have enough adjectives to fully describe our experience!
The house is just as beautiful and clean in person as it looked in the VRBO photos! The beach decor is perfect! We had 8 adults and 5 grandchildren staying at the house. Enough beds, bathrooms, beach & bath towels, playing/relaxing space for everyone! There is a TV in the living room and in each bedroom, but who had time for watching?
Lots of amenities for the kids: beach toys and chairs, a wagon to take toys down to the beach, pool toys/floats, and puzzles inside. For the adults: a large stacked washer/dryer, kitchen stocked with lots of dishes/glasses/utensils, large refrigerator/freezer, griddle, crockpot, grill on the balcony covered deck, and a surprise pantry with an assortment of groceries left by the previous renters. The "pay it forward" bar was much appreciated, especially upon our arrival.
Everyone enjoyed the chairs by the pool for sunbathing and on the balconies for a peaceful and relaxing view of the ocean beach and sunset, the heated pool and hot tub, and the white soft sand on the beach right out beyond the pool. The beach was not crowded, as it is located between two public accesses, so most people stayed close to those beach entry points. The water sports equipment (with life vests) was a hit! Having a place outside the pool to wash off sandy feet/bodies and a bathroom close to the pool (same level) were convenient!
We had not rented a car, so having the house located within walking distance of Kooky Coconut (the fun sandwich/ice cream shoppe), CVS, Welcome Center, souvenir shop, and restaurants was perfect!
Alex and Liz, our hosts, answered our emails and texts so quickily while we were in the planning stages, as well as when we arrived at the property. They were so helpful and patient answering all our questions!
There were a few maintenance issues this year, but they were taken care of promptly! And I actually had a chance to meet "our host" Alex when he came over to fix the problems - such a nice guy!
We enjoyed sunny days and gorgeous sunsets for our week at the beach! ;-)
We would love to come back! We have soooo many memories that will last us a lifetime!

Second year in a row we rented a house on the beach. Outstanding rental for large family gatherings if you need the beach and pool on the same property.

We moved our vacation area to St. Pete from Siesta Key five years ago when my grandson was an intern at St John's. We have come to love the area.
The Blue Oasis was by far our favorite beach house. You won't find a more beach/family friendly accommodation. The house was so comfortable. The open living area was spacious enough for all 13 of us to enjoy. The easy access to the pool and beach was especially appreciated when you have 4 toddlers in your group.
Our only complaint was that our days went by too quickly

Just got home from celebrating my 20th Wedding Anniversary and it was fantastic! The house is exactly as described. Big, Clean and Comfortable. It sits on the beach with a very short walk to the beach and the water. When the you have had enough of the ocean, the private pool is always available. There are plenty of bedrooms and beds. We had a full 14 people for a few days and everyone fit with plenty of space.
I recommend making the deposit for the ocean toys (Paddle Boards, Kayaks, etc). My children (ages 13-16) used them regularly and had a blast. Most days had minimal waives allowing for newbies to make the most of them.
The home is a short drive from Clearwater and John's Pass. (in opposite directions). Plenty to do. Shop, eat, drink, Jet Skis, Parasailing, Boat Rental, bike rentals, etc.
Everyone felt this was their best vacation ever! Highly Recommend. Sure hope we get to go back.

Great family vacation
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s on a beautiful beach, close to so many things and had plenty of room for 12. The only thing I would change is adding more chairs on the top balcony. We only had 2 so we couldn’t sit in a group up there.

Perfect beachside rental
This home is the perfect beach house. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Fully equipped kitchen, top quality beach chairs, towels, and much more. Indian rocks beach is beautiful, quiet, clean, and walking distance to restaurants. Our group of 13 included friends and family from age 6 to 70 and everyone of us enjoyed it. The heated pool is perfect. The pay it forward bar is a nice touch after a long day of traveling. The sunset views were amazing each night.
The home isn’t cheap but worth every penny given what is provided. Thank you to the owners for giving my friends and family memories that will last a lifetime!

Wonderful Vacation Home
The property and location is absolutely incredible. Everything was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of space for the extended family to be comfortable and relax. We enjoyed the heated pool since the weather was a bit chilly at the start of the week. Beach access was great. Elevator was useful for hauling luggage or for older grandparents. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property is the perfect set up for large families. The living space is open with beautiful views of the Gulf and picturesque sunsets. All of the bedrooms are large and comfortable.
