Lovely view overlooking the lake and Ioannina city, from our room, the breakfast room and the pool. It's not far to drive into the town, and easy to park outside the hotel on the main road. We enjoyed swimming in the pool.
The breakfast and restaurant staff weren't very helpful or experienced. Most of the choices on the restaurant menu weren't available, but we were able to eat there, and perhaps we hit low season (end of September).

Location and views were great. Ample parking and nice room. massage was brilliant- highlight of our stay .
Unfortunately we had plumbing issues which tainted our stay. Sink drained through floor / husband fixed which they were grateful for but saved us changing rooms. Toilet decided to not refill cistern in night so had to use hotel public toilets. No ambience in dining room - would suggest eating out - breakfast was great but table from night before hasn’t been cleaned ?

The location is fine. The city view room with balconey I book was not worth of the money in my opinion.
There is no private parking, and I wasn't notified until after I made the booking. I was on my way and couldn't check my messages. I can't cancel. My husband was furious. They offered breakfast as an apology, but the breakfast needs improvement.
