Rockhedge is a gem. We visited recently with our adult granddaughter and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is beautifully restored, spotless, spacious, comfortable, quiet, fully stocked, has lots of plants, artwork and books, and is conveniently located near the Stanley Hotel but away from the busyness. It is on a very pretty lot with outdoor seating and views of the pink rocks adjacent to Lumpy Ridge. It has a wonderful fireplace for the cool evenings. Highly recommend this property.

The home was exactly as listed and has loads of charm. My family was attending a wedding in Estes Park and it was a perfect location for us. We had a herd of elk that visited us two mornings which was very cool. Everyone greatly enjoyed the house.

Loved the aesthetic of the home with all the quality wood work—beams, staircase, doors! It is definitely a charming and cozy space. The wall of windows looking out onto the property with all the trees was so soothing. The house stayed cool even in the warmth of the day and was comfortable for sleeping. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. Easy check in and out and good communication with hosts.

Rockhedge did not disappoint. The arts and crafts charm, plus the comfort and convenience provided by the owners’ careful restoration of this historic property made our stay a delight. The location’s easy access to just about everything was an added bonus. Best VRBO experience yet!

A wonderful property for our family of 4. This beautiful home is a historic gem updated with all of the modern amenities. Great location (walking distance to town and a short drive to RMNP). This was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely recommend it for a relaxing and quiet

Great location. Very quiet area, close to several restaurants. Rocky Mountain National park is everything and more and only about 10 minutes from the house. Be aware there is no TV in the living area, only in two of the three bedrooms. Third bedroom is a loft. Would definitely stay there again

This home was comfortable and welcoming. The property manager kept an open line of communication to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Our 4-year old loved the wooden swords that were out in the yard, and we played many games of pirate ship in the boulders. My teen loved the loft where she could avoid everyone else. The proximity to Estes Parks shops and restaurants as well as RMNP was great.

This was the second time I and my wife and two kids stayed in this property while on vacation in Estes Park. We've stayed in other nice places in the area, too. But this place is the BEST. (1) The location is perfect because it's quiet but yet you can easily walk downtown, and even just walk around the beautiful neighborhood. (2) The house stays cool, so it's nice to come home after a hot hike in the mountains. (3) The house is well-stocked with everything you need including a very nice kitchen. (4) It's beautiful, to remind you always that you're on vacation. (5) It's big enough that adults and kids can easily socialize together, but also find their own space when necessary.

Our family enjoyed everything about our stay. We stayed 4 nights. Convenient to everything in Estes Park and RMNP. Very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the elk that hung out around the house. Great kitchen!! We cooked breakfast each morning and cooked dinner one night. We had everything we needed and there is a grocery store close by. We HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

Very well maintained and gorgeous home. It was so clean and inviting, felt like staying at someone’s home vs. a rental. The neighborhood was quiet, and a short walk to downtown. Loved watching the wildlife right in the yard. Would absolutely stay here again!

My husband and his parents visited Estes park for the first time. We wanted to make it an experience for them and the home was a big part of it. His parents are 70+ and the limited stairs and private bathroom was wonderful. We enjoyed making our dinners in the kitchen. The location and privacy cannot be neat. 10 mins into the park and 2 mins to the grocery store. Would absolutely stay again.

This home is the perfect bace for your RMNP adventure-minutes to the park entrances, close to the grocery store, quiet neighborhood with occasional visits from turkeys and elk. Beautifully restored craftsman home with all the modern amenities, as well as a interesting library. and a woodburning fireplace.

It’s like we stepped back in time to a much simpler way of life and and loved every minute of our time there. Loved all the windows and the view from the inside and outside. Don’t look any further for a perfect place to unwind and relax in the most serene place.

Beautiful property in a fabulous location in Estes Park. Rockhedge has all the amenities my family and I were looking for in a vacation rental. It was located close to RMNP entries and shopping, which was nice after a long day of hiking.

Cozy cabin nestled in rock formations and on game trails....got to see Elk bulls walk right by the house. Very Cool!

Had a great time at Rockhedge. The place was beautiful and well kept. The location couldn't be better. Close to town and park but far enough away to avoid noise and traffic. Would recommend to anyway looking for a relaxing stay.

What an incredible property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for our family of 5. It provided an ideally located base for enjoying Estes Park and the east side of RMNP (and is within a 5-10 minute drive of two entrances to the park). Everything we could have possibly needed was there, including the fun surprise of frisbee golf, which became a family favorite. Thank you for making this wonderful home available.

This is a lovely, rustic home with comfortable living and sleeping spaces and nice access to outdoor seating and dining. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. Windows in all the rooms provide great views of the yard and neighborhood, though the setting is quite private. Great access to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park.

The house was beautiful, comfy, clean and gave us that mountain vacation feel. Gorgeous views, well-loved trees and nature everywhere you look. We loved the ancient water-carved rock outcropping in the yard. Management was kind and welcoming. Overall an excellent rental experience. We didn’t want to leave!

Stunning home in a convenient location to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. This home is cozy and has everything our family needed! We saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed every minute. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bedrooms are comfortable. Easy and responsive communication with property manager. We will be back! Highly recommend!

Perfect home for a great Rocky Mountain NP vacation
This is a great home to select as your vacation getaway. The house was very comfortable for our family of 4 and provided everything we needed. The location close to town is perfect while still providing privacy and a quiet feel. The house is well stocked to ensure you have most everything thing you will need and the communication with the owner and her assistant was terrific. We had a blast exploring RMNP each day then relaxing and playing games each night. We would highly recommend staying here.
