The breakfasts were wonderful. We also ate dinner there one night and all four of our meals were quite good. Would definitely recommend eating there for convenience, quality, and price.

The hotel’s location was amazing, and the staff was very sweet, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast had plenty of great options, and our room was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, there was a lot that we really enjoyed about the hotel and our experience.
Unfortunately, the elevator broke around check-in. While we completely understood that this was out of the hotel’s control, our bags ended up sitting in the lobby for over two hours despite being told they would be brought up shortly. Even after specifically requesting them so we could get ready for dinner, we waited an additional 30 minutes. The elevator issue itself was understandable, but the lack of communication and delay with our luggage was frustrating.

The location was absolutely perfect. We could easily walk to almost anywhere (except Belem). Our room was nice and big and bed and shower were both great.
The elevator didn’t work for a short period of time. Staff was very helpful and carried everyone’s things up to rooms.
