Very difficult to get to. Room was not ready for three people. Two sets of towels. No plastic cups for water. Two coffee cups but no coffee machine. No microwave.

i didn’t like that through booking i book a 2 queen bed room and days before my trip, i got called that they don’t have 2 queen bed rooms. i had to them move to a king room and my husband and I had to share a bed with our 7 year old son. which is not ideal. i was told I’d be offered a discount but never received a follow up or a discount

convenient parking, good room no complains about the room.

shower had no hot water, had to ask for it to be reset, after that it was OK.

First off, the location is really awkward to get to. Upon entry, kids running around everywhere being loud. Get to our room and there are dogs barking loudly. Not what you want when you've been travelling all day! Secondly, as we were trying to relax, I noticed we were all itching. Most of the itching stopped when we arrived home the next day. We did do a lice treatment, just to be sure. Thirdly, as we were getting ready for bed, I pulled the sheets back and there was a long brown hair IN THE BED. It was not mine. Fourth, the bathroom was very dirty. Hair hanging in the shower, toilet seat was NOT wiped down. The walls were all dirty. Fifth, the floors needed to be swept and mopped. Visible dirt on our feet from walking around.
