The pub is very well presented - modern decor, welcoming, spacious restaurant area. Our room was spacious, incredibly clean and everything felt recently decorated. The food was exceptional - both our evening dinner and breakfast. The chef knows what they are doing! The pie was so tasty as was the pork steak. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very pretty and it was easy to park.
Maybe the drinks were a little pricey but we didn't mind as everything was so well presented. The bar area was full on Saturday night - it didn't bother us as we were eating in the restaurant and we just brought our booking forward as we couldn't find anywhere to sit and have a drink first.

Beautiful property very clean, spacious room, great shower. Friendly staff and good food
My only comment would be front facing room with window open is a bit noisy, but once pub is closed peace is restored so if you don’t like noise request a back room.

Hotel lovely, beautiful quiet setting. Rooms really nice and clean. Good parking and a nice bar area indoor and outdoor
No new towels for the second night after I left mine on the floor for housekeeping. No new toilet rolls left in room. No milk for tea after my first night, no new bottle of water or shortbread left for second night either
