Every single hotel staff is caring and they go out of their way to help the guests. Location is great. Canton Fair shuttle service is excellent.

Room was very clean but Noisy at night during whole stays. Also the hair dryer is out of date. Others all good.

The AC wasn't working on the first night I checked in. My room was very hot during the evening when I return from outside. Fortunately they have technician on site to fix the AC right away.... Didn't expect the Hilton group hotel would be this lousy though...

Good value for money overall. The breakfast was very good. Comfortable rooms.
The location was good, but it wasn’t as close to the Metro as I would’ve liked, specially with the hot and rainy weather during my stay.

bed was comfy, great water pressure in the shower
the breakfast was reviewed well but was very disappointing, mould on walls in bedroom in cracks on paper and in the grouting around the shower. looked like it needed freshened up. hot water was a little unreliable. sometimes lots and sometimes like warm. lights were very awkward to figure out and the phone didn’t have a direct dial to the reception i had to look up the hotel phone number and call online

Price is okay.
The restroom and show seem new which is a big plus.

I stayed at this hotel the second time and I loved it ! The staff is great, breakfasts are nice, rooms are clean and cozy and the location is convenient 👍🏻
