Room is very large and luxurious. value for money.
Location is a bit far from Beijang Road which is the main shopping area.

I had a pleasant experience during my stay at Sofitel. A big shout-out to Alisa the RM who made my stay even memorable. Thank you very much Alisa and Sofitel for the last minute surprise arrangements. We had an amazing 5 days experience and the staff are very nice and accommodating.
The buffet dishes could have more varieties as for the 5day day stay I realised the buffet breakfasts are the same and due to that the last 2 day we went out of the hotel for breakfast to find something different to eat.

Breakfast options were huge and tasty. Struggled to find teabags but I didn't ask so this would have been easily remedied.
We were upgraded to a suite for free and it was huuuggee! My husband loved it and the bed was super comfy (we almost missed breakfast).
The staff were all very kind and responded quickly if we needed any help or service.

"Sofitel è una garanzia, sotto tutti i punti di vista. Camera ampia con vista sulla città (ci hanno anche fatto un graditissimo upgrade), arredi di classe, letto comodo, doccia a cascata, pulizia top. ..."
