Location was perfect for us, within short walking distance to bars/restaurants, marina, and public transport.
Room was clean, provision of fan was appreciated, bathroom was large, with powerful shower. Bed was comfortable. Good to have kettle and fridge available (albeit not in room). Lovely, large roof terrace, with shade if required. Andreia was very proactive in her communication and instructions for check in/leaving etc. were clear. Thank you.
Due to central location, room at front could be noisy due to traffic with windows open. Room described as having balcony, but not clear it was only a juliette balcony. Also, not very clear that fridge, kettle etc. were in communal area, rather than in our room. Furniture on roof terrace was a little old, and in some cases, rickety.

Central location, 5 mins walk to the harbour
Lovely big rooms in an old house, mine was on the second floor and opened out onto the roof terrace. Andreai was really helpful and always answered queries despite being on maternity leave, she was a star!
Not a real negative, there is a communal kitchen area on the 1st floor with a fridge and coffee machine, would be nice to have coffee machine or kettle in each room

Andrea our hostess was amazing....! very kind and helpful....
The location was very convenient.
Sadly ,we were very disappointed with our room.
Reading the reviews our expectations were so much higher. The room was small and dark..very little space for luggage. There were no windows other than the patio door which we had to keep closed as it was open to the access of the stairs to the communal terrace and on one occasion we had a guest actually peering in our room!
Had we have prior knowledge of the room we were allocated I am afraid we wouldn't have booked.

"Struttura particolare in centro. Avevamo camera con bagno privato, per una sola notte.
Una terrazza con una bellissima vista su tutta la città, e visto che non c’era molta gente, ce la siamo proprio ..."
