clean, big room and a lovely staff + an amazing rooftop

Just like most booking pictures, it’s is misleading Yet, the place was very clean and they cleaned our room after one day, the staff was super friendly and polite, the location is very good, makes it very easy just to walk around, wouldn’t recommend a long stay .

Refrigerator should be emptied sometime, couldn’t put anything in😞

The place looks nothing like the pictures, but for one night is good enough.

Maybe it was just us, but the rooms felt crowded and dirty. We arrived in the middle of a heatwave and the entire place felt on fire.

Just lovely owners. Basic and clean which is perfectly in balance with olhao. Location is amazing for everything.

Great location, lovely staff, really cosy room

Only issue was one evening there was a group of people either staying there or friends of the owners that were up until 1am in the outside bit so it was hard to sleep. Was just frustrating as I was up at 4 for my flight time. Other than that, lovely place and would probably stay again.

Not my first stay in Olhão. BelaVista is excellent choice of accommodation. Perfect location, friendly staff, tidy and clean.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike!

The staff is really nice and welcome. The size of the room is good and exactly what is in the photos on the website. It is very local but we came late night time already. I am sure in the summer time would be better to see all surrounds.

The toilet is small and the shower is really really small and hard to get inside or give a shower to children. When you want to go to your room prepare yourself because has stairs. I don't know if they have access to people with low mobility. Was some noises during the night and in the early morning. I think in the summer time it will be worst due to be located in a very local area. I could feel smell of cigarettes too... Maybe someone was smoking outside. They've got a balcony.. Maybe this why. I didn't t feel 100% privacy but for 1 night only it's ok. Also keep in mind that they have dogs. We love dogs and they were so cute and small but maybe someone else will not like this because they are around.

This hotel will help you to understand what it is look like inside the old Portgalian houses densely standing on narrow streets. Great place.

the location and the fact that they had a ground floor room available as my husband cannot manage stairs.

Difficult parking

although not a big problem, if you have quite a bit of luggage the the stairs to the upper levels rooms

really nice friendly staff who greeted us very kindly, and showed us everything we needed to know. lovely roof top, great kitchen facilities. we uust wish we stayed longer thank you for a lovely stay. great area and walking distance to marina and everything you need

Everything was lovely

Excellent and unexpected. A fabulous little quite haven. The owner is so lovely and welcoming and pays attention to the small details. V close to the beach, but perhaps not as well know which is a shame as it has so much to offer. Next to a cute restaurant too.

Great location in town centre but quiet. Lovely roof terrace and also a shared kitchen. Room was good for price point and was very clean. Air con worked well. Staff friendly. Parking for free near enough to property. Great restaurant just next door to try local meat dishes. Also a good bakery a little down street for great Portuguese Tarts. Olhao is a lovely town and worth a visit.

Bed a bit lumpy and it is a small double, slept better than we thought we would. Only one plug socket and not near mirror so issue when drying hair if you are fussy. Shower is good but just standard square so could be a tight fit and also one door broken. These things would be easily fixed.
