closeness to huge shopping centre , rail station and Olympic park . The gym is well kitted out with lots of room and equipment .
the lighting in the lifts was extremely dim and difficult to see the control panel with floor level numbers .

Modern and airy
Nothing I could fault… it was superb. Will stay again but with a slightly cheaper room option.

the bed is very comfy and the staff were very professional
The lift is very dark you couldn’t see the numbers to press your floor. The light in the room wasn’t good.

Staff were lovely and the bed was very comfy
The Aircon was rubbish, the room was around 26 degrees when we arrived and we couldn't work the Aircon, we spoke to reception who were spot on and came swiftly to turn it on, it was left on all day and evening and when we returned at around midnight the room was a roasting 24 degrees making it a very warm night in a room with no openable windows. This ruined what could have been a great nights sleep
