Good location, you can walk or take a short bus ride to the O2 arena.
Staff were very helpful and welcoming.
Breakfast was alright, they had hot and cold food options.
Breakfast should of catered more for vegetarians and halal diets. And there was no omelette station even though its advertised on the website.
No hotel phone and fridge in hotel rooms.

Good parking, nice room, everything worked and good location for O2
No restaurant. Bar food not gluten free and Chinese restaurant below feels like they are serving a captive customer. I don’t recommend it. Find The Pilot, a short walk away for some nice food and service. If you want Asian, look up Eat Asian - just a cafe and ‘street food but friendly and deserve a look/taste

The breakfast was excellent and courteous environments with lovely and smiling staff.
The amount for parking per night for less than 24 hours is extremely high.

Good location for the 02. Staff on Reception were excellent (especially David). Hotel felt safe.
Cleaning staff were rude and for some reason unwilling to hand over sufficient replacement towels. Sofa bed was really too small for two teenagers.
