BACKHOME BOUTIQUE Old Town Hoi An

Great location near the old town. Friendly knowledgeable staff. I really enjoyed my stay at Backhome Boitique hotel

Beautiful and welcoming staff, super comfy beds and an amazing bathroom with separate toilet and shower. Everything was clean and we received fresh towels and bottled water daily.

Absolutely nothing we would 100% stay again!

Very friendly staff. While the room is fairly small, it is comfortable. Curtains keep out almost all the lights so easy for me to sleep in the mornings (I work at night). Pretty quiet street. Everywhere in the hotel kept clean and tidy.

Shower needs to be resealed. Every time I take a shower, the entire floor is soaked and slippery.

The breakfast was better than expected, other than the coffee. Coffee was awful. Big buffet with eggs ti order and PEANUT BUTTER. Its somewhat close to old town area but at least a 10 minute walk to anything substantial.

The beds and rooms in general were well below average. Reminds you of summer camp. Which in turn attracts the loud and obnoxious young travelers who like yo have full on conversations in the room before 8am. The staff arent very friendly and the check in and check out process lacks a lot of personality and ‘above and beyond’ service that makes a big difference. The bathrooms were bad as well and for some reason there is open space in all the bathrooms on all floors that goes into the rooms so you can hear everything that goes on in the bathrooms while in your bed.
