Julie, An and Gavy were exceptional from the start. From arranging our pick up from the airport to easy check in and guiding us around the city. They were such kind staff and honestly made our trip that much memorable. Hope to return again!

Ann and Julie were excellent at making us feel at home.
Unfortunately I caught a stomach bug the day before arriving to Hoi An and was stuck in the hotel for the entire time there.
Ann and Julie took exceptional care of me and went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after.
For example they made me ginger tea and also went to get me chicken porridge multiple times and checked on me everyday.
The pillows were very comfortable and the facilities were clean.
I will definitely be coming back if I return to Hoi An.
An elevator would’ve been nice but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me.

- the lovely staff
- perfect location, super close to the old town but far from the noise
- free walking tour
- great mattress and pillows
- huge room
- very good price
- mini mart close by
- the reception is not 24/24
- an extra lock on the door would be appreciated
- could hear the other guests shower
- keep in mind that there is no elevator

La posizione, l’esperienza culturale e la gentilezza e professionalità dello staff (Hoianese) che ci ha aiutato a costruire la visita dei luoghi. In particolare il talk sulla storia del Vietnam e’ stata illuminante perché raccontata professionalmente e in maniera molto coinvolgente
