Favorite place we’ve stayed in Vietnam! Miss Ten is a wonderful woman, so helpful, friendly & fun! We were 100% comfortable here and really felt right at home. Amazing location just steps away from the night market. Very close to the busy part of town, but just tucked away enough that’s it’s really quiet and not crowded. We ended up extending our stay and will definitely stay again when Back in Hoi An

A lovely, simple, well decorated homestay in a really good spot for exploring the old town. Miss Ten is a strong character - she welcomes people into her home with a good heart.

Miss Ten is honestly such a gem. I returned after 3 years you are looked after like you are family. I was invited and did eat with Miss tens family Location is fantastic doesn’t require any taxis. Rooms are cleaned daily if you wanted and are spacious comfy and clean.

Nothing bad honestly one of my favourite places to stay through my years of travelling

- Nice home with a good location, walkable distance to Hoi An old city. - Nice welcome from Miss Ten when we arrived, very friendly when we were passing by the entrance

- The room we hot had no real window : the only window was opening in the house staircase where everybody can pass and see inside. No fresh air, and dark, I felt like we were in a box. - we had ants in the bathroom, broken shower head - Don’t count on the free bicycle : they got us one mountain bike that was actually their son’s bike, which was pretty nice👍, but the one they had for guests was rusty and had no breaks (literally broken brakes wire!), it was very dangerous. I had to pay to rent one to the neighbor (had almost no break either…) - Quite a bad experience on our last day as we arranged a car to Danang with Miss Ten, but she pressured us to get back before 10 which was very stressful and ruined part of our day. Eventually ended up getting our own Grab (cheaper !)
