Big spacious and clean rooms within walking distance of everything you need in Hoi an. Only a 5 min walk to the old town. Owner was really lovely and even recommended me a tailor in Hoi an who made amazing clothes

The property is close to the city centre and near many shops and restaurants, the neighbourhood is kind and safe. The hostess was friendly and kind.

Good location on a quiet street, close to everything.
Overall the room was not clean, the bathroom had a really bad smell and was very uncomfortable. Shower was built really weird so it was not easy using it and the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking, when we told them they just said they know.
