Beautiful, Clean, and Spacious Townhome
Newley rinnovato e splendidamente decorato townhome a due piani con 3 camere da letto, (tutti i letti sono queen size) 2 e mezzo bagni. Pulito, tutti i nuovi mobili. Lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità. Proiettato in lanai e recintato nella zona esterna. Ottima posizione a tre miglia da Fort Myers Beach. Anche vicino a Sanibel e Captiva Islands. Questo è nella sezione Robins Roost di Peppertree Pointe che ha una piscina, un porto turistico, un molo, una spiaggia privata, campi da tennis, un percorso pedonale lungo un miglio. Diversi ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Sono inclusi anche: grill propano, biciclette, teli mare, giocattoli da spiaggia / piscina, floaties, un carro pieghevole per trasportare le tue cose in spiaggia, 4 sedie da spiaggia, caffettiera, WiFi, cavo, asciugacapelli, 2 TV, teli mare, ferro da stiro w / tavola da stiro e altri oggetti.

We had a great time here. Warm weather and a great heated pool was awesome. Lots of paths to walk on in the neighborhood so we could enjoy the mornings out and about. Anything you would need is here or very close by. Easy to contact owners when I needed to. Great place.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Super clean. Owners were fantastic. My kids loved the pool and the location can’t be beat. We’re already planning our next trip. Book it if you get the chance!!

My husband and kids stayed there and said it was nice and roomy. Pool needed to be cleaned and grass needed to be cut but inside was nice. Owners were great to work with through this crazy time of Covid. They were very flexible. My family’s flight kept getting delayed and they didn’t arrive until 3:30am. They were very understanding. We would stay again.

Our stay in sunny Florida was all we hoped for and more. Myself and 3 girl friends spent the month of February in sunshine & blue skies. We had a heated pool just outside our condo unit. The unit was equiped with everything we needed. It was also spacious, immaculate, and conveniently located to activities, shopping and dining. Our hosts, Laura and John, were easlily accessible for any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
