Needs Lots to Maintain

Location and the Staff

No proper Maintenance of the Rooms, Power & Water supply .

Room 2104 isn't even close to what's shown in the booking.

Location

Pictures of the room on Booking.com was way off from the actual room finishing. The toilet walls weren't clean / tile finishing was horrible. The toilet water drainage was very poor. Toilet lighting is not good. Room floor tiles gave the look of a toilet. AC was placed in such a way to blow air right on the face while sleeping. TV channels weren't able watch any.

Nearby Lulu. Staff did there best. room size was good.

not clean. cockroaches in the room. noise from the street. room service served on a dirty tray and napkin.

the location and the staff for giving an upgrade

the rooms were musty and had an awful Odour about everything in it . the AC was not cooking and there were roaches ..the linens and pillow on the bedding have not been washed properly as there were stains

The bathroom was the worst .. it has clogged shower area .. the water didn’t drain properly

location wise, easy accessible area and staffs are kind

Location is quite good.

Breakfast buffet, everyday almost same food and they don’t refill what’s empty also notice lots of ants in the buffet. didn’t try lunch or dinner.

location is right next to famous Lulu mall, staff is very supportive

nothing they allowed bit earlier checkin and bit lter check out as well, understand the travels problem a well
