La casa si trova a circa 200 piedi da una sezione tranquilla e privata di Old Orchard Beach (Grand / Pine Point). È possibile raggiungere a piedi o in bicicletta tutto nella zona, incluso; Palace Playland Amusement Park e Arcade, Pirates Cove Mini Golf, il molo di Old Orchard Beach, ristoranti o negozi. Siamo vicini a tutto, ma in una zona residenziale più tranquilla, lontano dai motel. A Drive In Theatre, 2 eccellenti parchi acquatici, Driving Range e campi da golf si trovano a 3-5 miglia. C'è Shopping a sud a Kittery e a nord a Freeport. Abbiamo viste spettacolari su percorsi per vedere panorami oceanici rocciosi e fari a sud della nostra casa nella piscina di Biddeford (Wood Island Light) e a nord a Cape Elizabeth (Two Lights State Park e Portland HeadLight). La zona del Porto Vecchio di Portland è un'ottima zona da visitare e possibilmente prendere un traghetto per le Isole della Baia di Casco. C'è così tanto da fare e non c'è abbastanza tempo per farlo! Oppure puoi sdraiarti sulla spiaggia di sabbia bianca più morbida che tu abbia mai visto.

We had an amazing stay at this property! Such easy access to a quieter section of the beach! We were able to set up all of our beach games and play the whole day!!! The house was a perfect size for our party of 8 and having the bonus basement to hang out and play was fantastic! The house is fairly well equipped, but the lobster pot was really just a regular large pot that would fit 2 lobsters, so we had them cooked for us!!! The house is older (mattresses are not the best) but my only real complaints would be that there is not seating in the kitchen for even 8 people, certainly not 10, and the grill is pretty bad and not big enough to feed 10 people. Value for the price of this property was amazing and we will definitely stay there again!!!

The house and good and clean. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach. I wish it had AC and maybe newer living room furniture but overall good place to rent.

Fantastic stay with our 4 granddaughters. Access to the beach across the street. Very quiet section of the beach, easy to find plenty of room and set up. The house was much more spacious than we have had in previous years, large kitchen, good size bedrooms and large living room. Had a great time and are booked for next year already.

The advertising of this property drew me to it.The property was not all it should have been.Kitchen stove had a front big burner in-operatable.The gas grill outside was so gross and very dirty from last renters or owner. I went out and bought one and used the one I bought.The kitchen had bare minimum of settings and pans were so old and used they would not even sit properly on the burners that did work.The gas grill outside had to be from the early80’s.For the money that anyone pays should get better items.
