Montezuma Heights "Buho" cottage. Into the great wide open. Sleeps 2
"Buho" è un nuovo cottage di fronte al grande oceano aperto, il suo suono e l'immensità dell'orizzonte del Pacifico. Ti abbraccerebbe all'istante. Con un ambiente accogliente, cucina attrezzata. La piscina è condivisa. Lontano dal suono turistico. Il cottage stesso ha l'area comune con la cucina del letto al piano terra, tavolo, bagno privato e doccia calda al primo piano. Nel soppalco c'è un secondo letto matrimoniale con un divano che si affaccia sulla piscina e sull'oceano.
Lo spazio:
La nostra casa e i nostri cottage sono stati costruiti da noi e hanno richiesto molto impegno e amore. Siamo molto orientati all'ecologia. Tutti gli edifici sono costruiti con materiali antichi e hanno fatto il modo di danneggiare l'ambiente il meno possibile. Non ci sono quasi zanzare dove siamo e animali pericolosi. C'è molta fauna selvatica, ma ci vuole pazienza e l'occhio per trovarli e vederli, poiché sono timidi e ben mimetizzati. Viviamo in una ZONA BLU e la nostra acqua è forse una delle migliori al mondo, quindi è meglio berlo.
Altre cose da notare: le strade da Montezuma sono ripide e per le persone che non sono abituate alle colline può essere spaventoso, consigliamo alle persone se noleggiano un'auto per noleggiare un 4x4 (tutto il Costa Rica) I taxi sono un'ottima alternativa e lo faranno costa meno. È 10U $ solo andata.

This a was true 5 star 4 week vacation. My hosts, Peter and Rocio became our friends are the finest people you will be your pleasure to meet. The property has the finest Mountain View of the Pacific Ocean. The sunrises are postcard perfect. Schools of fish can be seen from the vast view from the detached veranda. I observed whales on several occasions breaching the water. The lush tropical forest is full of howler monkeys, koati, iguana, lizards, and white faced monkeys. The Boho Cottage is perfect for a couple. The full kitchen and loft for sleeping made it truly a home away from home. The caretaker Santiago is a hard working and friendly man that I had a friendship with despite a language barrier. He helped me change a challenging flat tire without hesitation and with a smile. And again I found Peter to be beyond a helpful super host he was a genuinely good person that wanted us to enjoy the country like he does and we became friends. I will definitely return to stay with my new friends in paradise.

The sunrises from this bungalow are unmatched internationally. The jungle experience (howlers included) was enhanced by the fun streets of Montezuma combined with the hospitality from Peter. We plan to return!

This charming cottage is set in stunning surroundings. Peter, a gracious host, ensures good communication with guests. Despite some initial difficulty finding the property after arriving in the dark due to a road closure, Peter kindly guided us from Montezuma.Once we arrived, the serene beauty of the place quickly made us forget our journey. The views of the ocean and the surrounding wildlife were breathtaking. The cottage, though small, is functional, with two beds one up and one down, a compact but adequate bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed most of our meals outside to take in the beautiful scenery, and there’s a nice-sized pool for a refreshing swim. We even got the chance to photograph the Milky Way and watch the sunrise. Highly recommend staying here, strongly recommend a 4x4 for driving the area. Montezuma has everything you need: restaurants and grocery stores for supplies and local tour companies. We loved the area!

Perched on our piece of the cliff, we heard the howlers, watched the clouds, and swam in the pool to the sounds of the sea.This place is as close to heaven as one can get!
