We enjoyed our stay, host was easy to work with and we always have fun in this part of the cape. House was a great spot for our family to enjoy everything the Cape has to offer.

Perfect location. Check in & out was a breeze & owners let us check in several hours early & check out 1 hour late. Full kitchen was great. House very clean. Beds are comfy. Shower is small but doable. The outside patio was private & great for morning coffee and night time cocktails. 2 parking spots were great because we towed our motorcycle & had plenty of room for our truck, trailer & harley! Cottage is bigger than it looks in photos Perfect for a couple or a family of 4 or even 5 with small children.The outside could us same tlc and landscaping that would be my only complaint.

This was our first real vacation with our 2 kids (4 and 7) and this cottage had absolutely everything we needed. The location and proximity to the quiet beach was even better than expected. Easy driving distance to shops, places to eat/groceries, things to do and other beaches to explore. We had the best time! Would definitely book here again!

Perfect Cape Cottage
The cottage was adorable and super clean. Good sized, perfect location mid-Cape and just a short walk to the beach. Stayed 6 nights and wish I could've stayed all summer!

Wonderful Stay and Kid Approved
We had a great time. The cottage was clean and comfortable, located close to everything we needed and a quick walk to the beach, restaurant and ice cream. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Giving her own review, my 3 yr old daughter said, “This place is so nice. I love it here.” We will try to stay again another time!

A cottage that checks off all the boxes.
This cottage was very clean and was near to the beach as advertised ; a quick walk or wagon ride, if need be. We enjoyed the use of the patio and grill. The check-in/out process was easy. Knowing the owner was nearby if there were any issues is comforting. The only issue, which was an oversight on my part alone, is there is only a small stall shower which did not work out with a 19 month old. The best part was being so close to the beach. We could easily go back and forth as needed, which again was advantageous with a toddler. Restaurants and shops were in close proximity, mostly by car. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate recommending this location.

We had a very nice stay at Donna's cottage. The location was excellent for what we wanted to do.

Great place to stay! The house was very clean. Only five minute walk to the beach! Two minor improvements to suggest: the kitchen need some bowls to prepare food, and some glasses along with the cups. And, it is perhaps time to get new mattresses for the twin beds. We had a lovely time.

Beyond expectation!
We had an amazing stay. A little over a 5 min. walk to an uncrowded beach. Water was warm. Cottage was spotless. Property owner extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating! Will definitely stay here again!!

It is a small, clean and nice cottage near the beach for those who are looking to enjoy the Cape Cod vibe. We really loved the stay. The owner is very prompt and easy to deal with. Highly recommend the place!!!!

Fun getaway for family with kids
The place was perfect for our 3 night stay with two little kids. It was great to have AC units in the hot summer days. The location is very close walk to the beach as well.

Great, clean spot near the ocean
My wife and two young daughters had a great time in this cozy cottage which is a short 1/4 mile walk to a small but nice beach. The cottage itself is very clean and features all of the basics in an excellent location. We would certainly stay here again.

Very convenient location
We only had a short time on the Cape, and the cottage was close to all the activities we planned, like the dinner train from Hyannis. The cottage is very tidy, efficiently laid out, and close to several beaches, but note that most beaches have stairs down to the sand, which was difficult for my physically impaired son. The location is within a mile or two of several restaurants, but the cottage has a quite suitable kitchen for eating in too.

We made a wrong turn getting to the cottage. Donna and her husband came to us and led us to the cottage. After a short getting acquainted visit, we found we had covered most of the check-in information. Our hosts gave us several helpful suggestions to make our stay enjoyable.

Cozy cottage close to the beach
We were very pleased with our stay. Small but very cozy cottage has everything you need, and it had enough space for a family of 5. Owners came to meet us when we arrived and overall communication was very easy. Hope to stay again!
