This Bungalow style Sea side home has a open floor plan with cathedral ceilings 2 bedroom 1 bath washer dryer fence in patio with outside shower .
Enjoy the private setting and convenience of this sea side home so close to the beach. No need to drive or pay for beach parking. First bedroom has a Tv, queen Bed dresser, and closet . Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed with a queen /twin bed and closet Livingroom has a pull out sofa bed . We provide blankets, comforters and pillows Bath towels . Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove frig dish washer .Patio has furniture and a gas grill Beach chairs and Beach toys . High speed internet, Heat and air conditioning are provided. our sea side home is located minutes away from many restaurants, shopping, grocery store and kid friendly activities such as mini golf, arcades. Also, lots of beach activities including parasailing, banana boats and jet ski plus a long fishing pier at Bass river beach. The airport, bus terminal and the ferries to Nantucket and Martha Vineyard are only a 15-20 minute drive. Steps away from Parkers River beach gazebo .

Property was in a great location, just a short walk from the beach. It was well appointed with pretty much anything you might need when you’re away from home. We loved walking to Skippers just down the street. The outdoor area was nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. One suggestion would be to add a new couch and a couple of comfortable chairs in the living area.

Lynn was a fabulous host. The location couldn’t be more perfect. My standards are quite high for cleanliness and it wasn’t sparkling but it was comfortable. Everything you need for the beach is there. The outdoor shower cinderblock could use a good pressure wash so bring shower shoes. The beds were comfy but be aware if you need to use all of the bed space for the bunks. We have 3 children under 5 so my husband ended up in the top bunk and it was really dangerous when the ceiling fan was on. Luckily my husband is very cautious but mentioned many times if a child had to get up in the middle of the night and did not realize there was a ceiling fan so close, it could be incredibly dangerous. That is the only feedback I have about this place. The bunk has a full on the bottom so there is plenty of shareable space in this cottage. Lynn was incredibly accommodating and kind and we made some fantastic memories here!
