Bright and spacious apartment with sea views and 300m from Puerto Marina
Ampio appartamento di 120m² situato a 150 metri dalla spiaggia, a 250 metri da Puerto Marina e con tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze (supermercato, ristoranti, bar, fermata dell'autobus, farmacia, ecc.). Tutte le camere sono molto spaziose: una stanza soleggiata con orientamento sud-ovest, una cucina completamente attrezzata, due camere da letto e due bagni. Dalla terrazza di 18 m² esposta a sud si può godere una splendida vista sul mare e sul porto turistico. La casa dispone di Wi-Fi ad alta velocità e aria condizionata caldo / freddo in tutte le camere. C'è un parcheggio privato esterno. Ci sono sconti speciali per soggiorni di 4 settimane o più (tranne luglio / agosto). Excellent apartment with parking. We used as base to play 6 rounds of golf on different courses. Two 85 year olds stayed with us for one week and we visited Cala de Mijas,Train to Malaga, Travel up in the cable car. All good and worked out well. Our hosts were excellent.

Had a really great holiday in this spacious apartment. A couple of maintenance things needed sorting when we first arrived but our host sorted them out for us very quickly. Once they were done the apartment was perfect and although not front line the view was in fact better than we had expected.The marina was a little further to walk than we thought and the slope or steps up from the front was steeper than we would have liked, but that aside the promenade was excellent for daily walks in the sunshine and with nearby supermarkets and an excellent bakery the location was extremely good.If we go back to Benalmádena then we would certainly be interested in staying in this apartment again.

Great apartment. Very roomy and comfortable. Everything that we needed and more in terms of kitchen equipment, bathroom towels and extras that we did not expect. Great communication with Christophe and recommendations. Check in and check out was easy with Christophe at apartment to meet us and show us around and he connected our phones and iPads onto the Wi-Fi and good signals. Lots of good restaurants close by at the Marina. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks in September and its a beautiful apartment perfect position Chris was a perfect host and friendly would definitely recommend this apartment
