Non puoi avvicinarti a tutte le offerte di Saint Simons di Demere Landing! Situato al largo di Demere Road e a pochi passi dal villaggio in una direzione e meno di mezzo miglio nell'altra alla stazione di guardia costiera. Non ti va di camminare per mezzo miglio verso la spiaggia? Nessun problema perché ci sono biciclette nel garage che puoi usare! Demere Landing ha anche una piscina in loco per il vostro uso. Questo rinnovato tre camere da letto 2. 5 unità di bagno �� meravigliosamente decorato con bagni aggiornati, cucina e TV. C'è un 55 "HDTV nel soggiorno e un 42" HDTV nella camera matrimoniale! Quindi, se vuoi rilassarti, rilassarti in piscina, fare shopping o andare in spiaggia, questo townhouse ti offre tutto! L'unità ha un garage per due auto e WiFi. Loved it. What we wanted and would stay again. Us: This was our second stay at a condo in Demere Landing (first choice facility), in third time we've enjoyed SSI in the last 3 years. There were 4 of us from New England, 1 working remotely and 2 kids (13 and 10).

Great place to stay, felt very much at home. Well-appointed kitchen, comfortable couch, nice dining table and breakfast bar, spacious bedrooms. Nice walk to village or beach. Good selection of beach toys for kids. FYI, garage is at ground level, kitchen/living room/half bath on second floor, and bedrooms/full baths/laundry on third floor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Saint Simon's Island for Christmas 2021. The condo was as pictured on the website. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and in good working order. The kitchen was a bit small, especially if two people where there at the same time. The condo has a two-car garage, which is a nice feature. The location was about a mile or so from the village area and about a mile and a half from the beach. On a nice day, the village was a pleasant 20-30 minute walk. Saint Simon's Island is a quiet community with some good restaurants and a beautiful beach nearby. We also visited the historical district in Jekyll Island, which was about a 30-minute drive. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Golden Isles of Georgia.
