This was my first time renting a vacation condo. My stay wasn't for business or pleasure but to be near a loved one critically ill in the hospital nearby. Even though my visit was stressful, the rental condo was a warm and welcoming place to come back to and relax and let the stress of the situation go for a little bit. The furnishings and view were perfect and brought back many wonderful memories of my dad golfing. Overall, the property was nicely maintained. A few minor things to address and it would be perfect. The entry was pitch black when I arrived. I had to use my phone light to see the path to the building and up the stairs. There were old webs all around the front door and on the patio screen doors. I don't think the dishwasher cleans very well or someone put away dirty dishes because the frying and baking pans had food and oil residue in them. I rewashed them by hand and didn't use the dishwasher at all. The bed pillows didnt have protectors on them and were old and stained.

The place was as it was listed and great location. It has the basics and was clean. The property outside is a little worn and needs a bit of work , but overall we enjoyed our stay

You are right across the street from The Track Restaurant.

There was something wrong with the living room couch as the seats were slanted. The only chair in the living room had a cushion that kept sliding out from under you. The dining room table top was wobbly. The master bath shower was slow to drain and no one came to fix it, even though we spoke to the maintenance department. There are no washers and dryers in the units and one of the dryers in the public laundry room didn't work. (lost 6 quarters). Perhaps if the weather had co-operated, we would have spent less time in the unit and it would not have seemed so uncomfortable.

The location was within 10 minutes to Pinehurst courses No. 7,8, and 9. The view of Pinehurst No. 5 from the patio windows was beautiful. Location was also a short drive to grocery stores and shopping. We enjoyed our stay!

A perfect condo to house my family and to enjoy fellowship after a year of Covid restrictions. Four generations, including my 98 year old father, shared fun, the amenities of Pinehurst resorts and quality time together. We will request renting this beautiful condo in the future! Thank you!

I was traveling for work for a week and found the property to be clean and quiet with a nice view of the golf course. I will stay again. Nice place.

it was great the place was really clean we had a really nice visit. The only complaint I have is that there was no hair dryer, other than that it was a really nice place to stay.

We'd definitely stay here again...location is great and condo has everything you need for a get-away weekend.

The unit was a little nicer than expected from photos, and agent/owner was/were quick to respond when needed. Vacuum cleaner didn't work well, but that's the worst of it. Nice view of golf course from back deck. My deposit of $500 has not been refunded and it's been almost 3 weeks. That seems a bit excessive, but I do trust they'll get the check back to me.
