This is our favorite place to stay in Pinehurst, NC. Owner is VERY responsive and accommodating. My wife left her phone charger and and he sent it back to use very quickly.

My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous stay at Southern Memories. The condo was well appointed, immaculate and nicely decorated. Todd, the host, was very responsive and even suggested a local restaurant for our first night. He was right on! I highly recommend this beautiful Pinehurst condo.

The property is well maintained and attractive. The owner was fantastic at getting back to me immediately with any questions I had. As evident from the pictures it is a very small property. We were visiting a relative and needed a place to sleep. We used the kitchen only to make coffee, but the cupboards and drawers were fully stocked with everything you could need. The seating in the living room was comfortable, but I found the room cold since it is all flooring and no rugs/carpets. The single bathroom is small and opens into both the living room and bedroom so there is very little privacy. The bed is a queen which it turns out isn’t great for a couple used to sleeping in a king. There are a few things I hope the owners will address: The comforter on the bed is very heavy and warm which was uncomfortable - a down comforter in a duvet would be an improvement. The water pressure in the shower is non-existent. I could rinse off but couldn’t wash my hair, so I showered at my relatives. Lastly, the toilet paper provided was single ply - personally not where I would save money. The location is nice and quiet at the end of a neighborhood of single family homes.

I arrived late in the day to no AC. Communicated with owner. He told me how to access his owner closet to get a fan. Had someone there the next morning to work on it. He kept me updated during the day about their progress. I came back to a nice cool unit. Very nice!

Stayed with my 10yo while we played Worlds. Perfect location. Great spot for the two of us. Basic kitchen, enough for us to eke out a few dinners. We’d love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo on course #3. Condo is the perfect size for 2 guests and is close to everything. Neighborhood is quiet and we couldn't have asked for a better stay/value on this unit. We will come back again! Thanks, Todd!

The condo was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and in place as described. My girlfriend liked signing the guest book. Only thing I would give less than perfect on would be the bedroom lighting. Wish there was a celling light in the middle of the room because it was a little dark. I would stay here again most definitely.

The perfect spot to stay to experience the best of Pinehurst. Comfortable accommodations with a golf course view located close to all the Pinehurst courses and attractions. Hosts make everything effortless and they are so responsive! Will definitely book again!

I was in Pinehurst for a family wedding and wanted to stay in a condo vs a hotel room. Todd's condo was nicely decorated, had a wonderful porch that looked out at the golf course, but also there was a big bush with lots of birds. The bed was comfortable, wifi worked great, and the kitchen was fine for a few days and had everything I needed. The coffee pot has both a regular pot and Kuerig dispenser (bring your own coffee.) There were extra towels and I liked the recliner to watch TV. I walked the golf course every morning before the course opened which was very beautiful. The towns of Pinehurst and Southern Pines are adorable and cute with shops and great restaurants. Great value and cheaper than a hotel!

Perfectly accommodates a twosome or a family of 3 comfortably with 1 queen and a pullout couch in the living room. Great location within walking distance to No.2 clubhouse and the Cradle course. Host communication was great and they have a whole binder of suggestions for food and entertainment around Pinehurst.

Ideal location for our golf trip to Pinehurst. The condo was excellent, perfect for our trip. Extremely clean - would definitely stay again if we’re lucky to ever come back to the US and Pinehurst

A very nice place, very comfy and pretty. There are steps leading up to the unit, so although this is a first floor unit, there are steps to be negotiated. Beautiful view out the back. Pull out couch was comfy too.

to be close to the Resort and the Village. Enjoyed seeing the history
of the famous resort of Pinehurst.

This was a great place to stay and owner was very helpful. I hadn’t realized though that there would be steps involved in a lower unit, maybe I just missed that. Laundry available but not in unit.

Unfortunately, the power substations in the entire county including property location were damaged causing power outage. This prevented my staying at the property & the cancellation of the conference. The owner contacted me & I called your help line. Between both of them they waived the cancellation & refunded my money. I will definitely use your service & stay at Todd’s condo when the conference is rescheduled. Todd kept in touch with me & timely answered questions prior to my check in date. I’m very impressed with y’all’s professionalism & wide array of properties! Thank you all & especially Todd!

We had a great and relaxing stay at Southern Memories. The owner was very accessible without being intrusive. The unit was as represented which means it was clean, quiet and very comfy. We found it a nice respite each evening after a busy day visiting with family. We'll definitely request another stay when we return!
