The Holiday Inn Express was a very good stay for me. I picked up a bug during my travels and the accommodated me by getting me into my room early the day I arrived. The front desk staff were always friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. The location was a big reason I choose the hotel - the park in front was a wonderful place to relax and observe Armenians enjoying their evenings. It also felt very safe and had lots of places to eat nearby. The room was nice and clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent and they had long hours which was helpful.
I think they could make the upper balcony accessible to guests to relax on. I also think they could use a workout room.

"Ottima struttura a Yerevan. Il classico Holiday Inn express ma con una posizione fantastica. Inoltre la colazione era ottima e abbondante e la receptionist super gentile. Abbiamo chiesto il late check..."
