Villa Capiz: Luxury Hilltop Villa with Pool, Jacuzzi and Panoramic Ocean Views
Villa Capiz è stato un progetto in corso dei Visallis per oltre 30 anni e ora, gravi ristrutturazioni e miglioramenti dopo l'uragano Irma hanno trasformato la proprietà in un nuovo livello di lusso e comfort dell'isola.
La comunità di San Giovanni e il National Park Service hanno lavorato sodo per ripristinare l'isola. I nostri gestori di proprietà, Peter e Gail, sono isolani forti e resistenti, e insieme manteniamo "Love City"
un posto speciale.
L'isola è di nuovo lussureggiante e verde, e le baie e le spiagge sono spettacolari. Villa Capiz rimane arroccata in cima a Gift Hill con le sue splendide viste sulla baia di Great Cruz, Chocolate Hole, St. Thomas, Pillsbury Sound e isole circostanti. Tramonti mozzafiato e magici arcobaleni sono visti dagli ampi ponti.
Favolosi ristoranti e bar sono solo un salto, saltare e saltare via nella baia di Cruz. Battute di pesca, vele giornaliere, snorkeling, immersioni ed escursioni sono attività a vostra disposizione ogni giorno.
Al tuo ritorno a Villa Capiz dopo aver esplorato l'isola, la piscina, la vasca idromassaggio e il frullatore ti aspetteranno! Non vediamo l'ora di condividere la nostra casa magica con te.

The property was beautiful.The views were amazing. The pool was fabulous. I wish we had been more informed about the kitchen and living room having no air condition. it was too hot to cook in the kitchen and sitting upstairs was not an option until the evening due to the heat.The host and the listings also need to upfront about the ongoing power problems in St Jon and St Thomas. With the price they are renting this property fort needs some updating.Start with a generator to offset the ongoing power issues.

Wow! What a terrific place! We selected the Villa Capiz based on the view, and it did not disappoint! The view of Great Cruz Bay and the surrounding area was amazing. Right from the beginning of our reservation, the owner Debbie and the Property Managers Robyn and Aaron were very responsive and helpful in answering our questions. The villa was very clean when we arrived, and Robyn/Aaron made sure to show us where everything was and how everything worked (i.e., hot tub, pool). The beds were comfortable, the air conditioners cooled the bedrooms, and the kitchen/grill worked very well. We loved the sound of the tree frogs in the evening! We would highly recommend the Villa Capiz and hope to stay there again.

Beautiful property and view! Everything you need well thought out. Kitchen perfectly stocked. Quality furnishings, beautiful artwork throughout, a true zen like vibe. Solid, supportive mattresses. Robyn and Aaron were so accommodating and available. It was a perfect getaway!
