We had the most incredible stay in Llangollen at The Bridge End Hotel. The staff we're so attentive, friendly and helpful. The food was great. The drinks were lovely and inexpensive and the location was absolutely perfect, over looking the River Dee. I can't recommend this place enough.

The friendly welcome from bar staff when we arrived explaining things about the hotel. The staff serving the restaurant meal were very pleasant. The manager was friendly and chatty. So good to stay where staff looked like they cared.
.Cooked breakfast very good. Lovely view over the river. The coffee/ biscuits etc facilities.
For one of us the bed was too firm but thats just an individual thing you cant please all on this subject.

Great area to stay in the centre of Llangollen.
The room was very small
Staff did not advise on arrival if you wanted to eat evening meal with themselves you would need to book a table.
Did not have any availability Saturday evening very disappointed especially as we had travelled with our two dogs and didn’t want to go out in the evening after being out all day.
Did not see many staff to ask any questions you may have. Also no check in area just checked in at the bar with a bar person.
