The breakfast was excellent-there was a reasonable choice on offer. The room was compact, but had everything we should want. The location was excellent-near to the town but not too near - it was, beyond doubt, the quietest place we have ever visited. Our dog was also given treats at breakfast-a kind act-thank you.
No adverse aspects at all.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Location is perfect for visiting the town. There is ample private parking space.
Breakfast was ok and they did run out of blueberries. I had to call the owner on first night because the central heating was left on and the room temperature was uncomfortable. Staff are efficient but not personable - a happy good morning would not go amiss

Location ok being near the town.
No interaction with us from the owner/staff other than what was necessary at breakfast.
