My son had a concert he was attending in Ikebukuro and it was just around the corner. I was able to take him and his friend to the concert, come back to the house to relax, and easily pick him up. The house was just the right amount of space and comfort that we needed, with everything we needed laid out.
I have a larger car and parking was tight. We fit, but had to get out of the car before parking. If you have a larger car, know that it fits but might be close.
