the apartment is clean and comfy, perfect location in a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and markets. comunication with the staff is clear, so are the instructions for the check in/check out, but take your time to read the pdf they send, it's not super easy (a plus tho, because well explained)
I was about to give a 10 because the apartment got a great price for the location but I disliked the pressing their management does to leave a review and the fee they ask to recover things you might have lost inside the apartment (a small fee and understandable, but really a different custom from many other places)
