The Staff are exceptional and Friendly if you go down to the adjoining Bar where the seating is limited. Room feels like stepping into your own little apartment if you were young in the 70’s
Stairs up to the property are very steep and easy to graze your shins down but it’s all part of the rustic charm. There’s way too many nice shops nearby and too many options for food and shopping where you realistically can’t try all of them during a short stay.

A very authentic small house between the high rise buildings. In the middle of kagurazaka close to many very good restaurants. I don't drink so i didn't test the bar but it looked cozy. I can fully recommend this hotel.
There was a humidifier in the living room which was turned on before we arrived. Not bad but we didn't know that it was a humidifier and thought it was one of the aircon units. Until we had some condensation issues in the bedrooms. After we turned of the humidifier we had no more issues.

Decent size room with just enough space for the 3 of us, kitchen (we did not use) and a washing machine in the apartment.
Not much space to unpack or store your luggage.

It was nice having a whole place to ourselves with a washer/dryer. The location was great because it’s near convenience stores and multiple train stations.
The mattress wasn’t great, the microwave sounded like it was on its way out, and the place was a bit dirty.

"L’accoglienza, la struttura in generale e il bar super fornito!
Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile ci ha anche aiutato a prenotare per la cena in un ottimo ristornate locale!"
