This property is in an excellent location with a nice heated pool. We have spent 3 years here and would love to return again but the prices are increasing quickly.

We had a wonderful time - the pool was a little too warm for the rest of the family - but I LOVED IT! Within walking distance to the beach and the Cocoa Beach Pier.

Location!! Location!! Walk out the door and go right and you are a block from the beach!! Go left and there are some quaint restaurants with good food!! The stay was nice!! They have everything you need! I would have to say they do need more outside seats and lounge chairs and do need to cover because so many leaves got in the pool. But with that being said its not a big deal!! Great time!!!! 10 out of 10

The house was clean, lots of room, a block from the beach, quiet neighborhood, pool. Check in without having to have a physical contact with the owners. Noone bothered us. Good kitchen, gas stove and the dishwasher. Garage is stocked with beach supplies, also gad a washer and a dryer. Cable tv, internet. No complaints

We rented this house to be close to the ocean and have an extended family vacation. Was neat that they had tile on the floor, carpet only in bedrooms. The door alarm on the pool did not work, the internet did not work and wasn’t fixed until 36 hours before we left. Not typically an issue but when it’s raining and late was hard to entertain 3 kids. Rocket launch was right there and visible from the beach! All in all was a great time for all of us.

The property is adequate if you are looking for a pool and average furnishings as pictured. The loft area is a landing between the other 3 bedrooms on the second floor. That was the only real disappointment I had in the home. The pool was enclosed in the concrete walls. WE grilled and cooked using the kitchen and everything worked and we had what we needed. You can walk to some restaurants, the beach, the grocery store. The home is about a block from main traffic and about a block from the beach. We had no problems with entry and requirements after stay were minimal. We enjoyed our week in the area.

Our family loved this house, lots of space and a heated pool! We had a blip with some equipment failure for the pool but the home owner was quick to have it looked at and fixed, we were so thankful for that.
Would recommend anyone to stay :)

Great, comfortable location in Cocoa Beach
The place had everything we needed for our week-long stay in Cocoa Beach. We were two families, totalling 5 kids and 4 adults, and had perfect bed space for everyone. The pool and proximity to beach and activities were great. I only gave communication below 5 rating as both owners happened to be on their own vacations while we were there. We ran into some maintenance issues that were delayed because of this, but once they returned, they were very supportive &helpful to correct the issues. Overall, this was just a blip in our experience.

Took my daughter and her friends there for her senior spring break and it was the perfect place for teenagers and a couple of moms who chaperoned. Beach was just down the street and not very crowded! Can walk to many restaurants from the house. Would stay there again with my family!!!!

Very well located house, near the beach, cocoa pier, restaurants, and souvenirs stores. Quiet neighborhood. Clean house, very well equipped. Clean pool. Plenty of towels and sheets. Would definitely go back and recommend to friends.

Absolutely loved our trip to Cocoa Beach! This was our second time to the area, first time using Vrbo and I loved the experience. The house was exactly as expected. Perfect for our group of 6. Loved having a pool at the house! Owner was super responsive to messages as well. We had zero issues during our stay. Renting this property was very easy. I had to contact the owner about the TV. He responded quickly and offered to go buy a new TV immediately but it wasn't a big deal and we were leaving soon. Good experience. I would definitely rent again.

We spent our Christmas family vacation here. 1 block from beach. Easy to walk to puttputt activities, go carts and ropes course. We each had our own space. Van was accommodating and kind. Would recommend this house.
