Modern and spacious apartment with FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, WASHING MACHINE, hot water, WI-FI 300Mbps, A/C.
Walking distance from the center, the beach, restaurants/bar and supermarkets.
Out of the noise of Samara center, this is the perfect location, with an unconventional touch, if you want to relax and sleep in a very quiet place surrounded by nature.
"Apartamento Ceiba AMARILLA" is composed of one bedroom with queen bed, a private bathroom with hot shower and an automatic washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and a private outdoor patio.
Swimming pool shared with other 2 apartments, for a maximum of 5 people more.
A/C included in the price.
NO suitable for INFANT.
We accept child (2-12 years old).
The small bed is 170x66 cm, so not suitable for an adult, and will be present in the room only if booked for 3 people.
The apartment is equipped with orthopedic mattress, ceiling fans in every room plus an additional pedestal one, real hot water, drying rack, insect screen windows/door, WI-FI 300 Mbps free access, TV, security box.
The kitchen has fridge, cooktop (no oven), microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker...and cutlery, dishes and everything necessary as well!
Featuring also linens and bath towels (not to be used outside the apartment or for the swimming pool).
*** We are pleased to provide basic kitchen staples (sugar, salt, oil), hand soap and toilet paper, only for the needs of the first days. We have two supermarkets at about 250 mts where you can buy everything you need.
*** Towels and linens change is not provided, given the presence of the washing machine.
*** No apartment cleaning service included in the rate (except the final one).
For long term rentals we can evaluate to customize rates that include extra services required.
At Casa Ceiba you can enjoy the presence of howler monkeys, horses, cows, pigs, iguanas, skunks, squirrels, numerous species of birds and many other animals...of course, even any type of insects.
You can listen to the sound of nature, choruses of frogs, crickets and cicadas and the lapping of the sea.
You can also admire incredible red skies, starry nights and lots of fireflies.
